if you are willing to face yourself

pushing yourself through limitations

being truly honest in each moment

there are many ways

but you do need to be sincere intense and aware

for the transformation to happen

emotional attachments

stop you from standing on your own two feet

they stop you from finding yourself

they stop you from being free

they are a burden on yourself and others

do not underestimate the burden of emotional attachments

and the liberation you can obtain from transforming them

all so called good deeds are fruitless in the end

the only thing that can help yourself and the world

is your own self realisation

and that can fill the world with love

the human mind is a defence system

the more defences you have 

the more unhappiness you will experience in life

until you transform your past

the same old negative situations

will keep on repeating

to evolve sexually

you need to transform all the tension in your sexuality

all the lust desires fantasies excitement fear anger desperation frustration

transform the victim in you, so that the games the opposite sex play

have no power over you any more

and then you will be a fulfilled mature sexual being

emotional love is nothing more than

inner conflicts in disguise

and it will not take long for 

the disguise to fade away

the unspoken rules of marriage

you have not been told the rules but you know they are there

you have felt the tension

no one really knows what the rules are

as everyone has different versions

but you know

this is childish nonsense

its better to be honest and willing to face your limitations

and then rules are not needed

genes are not the reason for homosexuality

it is the object of the desire

and desire comes out of unresolved inner conflicts

man is quite capable of destroying the earth 

but until he is conscious, he is not capable of saving it

 but if man became conscious there would be no need to save the earth

 because the destruction would stop

there would be love and understanding instead of greed and fear

justifying your reactions will keep you in ignorance

take a very good look at

the people with the good jobs

the good family the good bank account

the good religion the good whatever

look into their eyes

you will not find peace and fulfilment

a child playing with one other child for long periods would become

boring and unhealthy, conflicts would start between them

the child's experience of life would be limited

but a child playing with many different children would have a

happier healthier and richer life

sex is play for adults and should be shared between many

it should be shared openly and honestly with sensitivity

and you should be ready to let go of your childish fears such as

jealously possessiveness and insecurity to

become a more mature intelligence and loving person

desires will go on tormenting you

until you take responsibility for your life

transforming the human mind to a state of enlightenment

is the most difficult challenge in life, but not impossible

and that is the way it should be

because the rewards are the greatest gifts that life has to offer

people are in relationships because they are afraid to be alone

afraid to face their emotional attachments

people flock to religions and alternative lifestyles

for the emotional support

but its the emotional support stopping them from finding themselves

you can not find truth with others

you must be alone in the silence standing on your own two feet

there are four smiles

the fake smile which is ugly, there is fear and anger behind it

the smile from the mind very common very superficial very stupid

the smile from the heart which is very beautiful and can light up a whole street

the smile from the being, there may not be a smile on the face 

but this smile is an out pouring of love

to see a limitation you need to be very aware

they are everywhere in your life, in every moment

but you are not looking

talking about your problems is bad medicine

it is like talking about pulling weeds out of the garden

but never actually doing it, so the weeds just get thicker

cross your limitations, it is very good medicine

an immature person will be to afraid to cross their limitations

but crossing their limitations is the only way to develop maturity

a state of meditation is immensely beautiful

it is the mind dying and fear dissolving

children with so called behavioural disorders

are expressing the repressed energy of their parents

if the parents transformed themselves

the children's disturbed behaviour would cease

and the crime of using drugs to sedate them could stop

the human mind is nothing but a mountain of limitations

cross the mountain its a sunny oasis on the other side

marriage is not real

it is a ritual made up by societies and religions

and a ritual is a childish game people play to

gain points from the society or the religion

you should not base your life on something that is not real

living in the mind is not life, it is a misery

many people practice meditation techniques

but it is very very rare that anyone ever

reaches a state of meditation through their practice

for a western person it is much more beneficial

to confront the mind directly

confront their fears and be honest in each moment

sounds simple, but to be "really" honest

it will take all the courage that you have

so be courageous, its actually fun

avoidance of what is happening inside of you

leads to all the crimes on this earth

and everyone is guilty of this avoidance

real honestly brings vulnerability

and freedom from the burdens that you are carrying

seduction is manipulation

it is either honest or vulnerable

people are deluded into thinking image is beautiful

great beauty is in everyone

but it rarely shines

because of the ugliness of the ego

read your desires correctly

if you are desiring love then your heart is not open

and you need to transform yourself

if you are desiring sex then your sexual energy is not open

and you need to transform yourself

being sexually stimulated from the mind

is not being sexually open

if you are desiring power then you are running away

from the pain of being powerless

if you are desiring great wealth then you are trying to escape

all the poverty in your heart

face that poverty and you will have the greatest wealth of all

maturity and wisdom do not comes with age

they are obtained by resolving your inner conflicts

a rich person is one who is honest with ones self

and is willing to face all of ones fears

this will develop dignity self respect self love

a poor person is one not willing to face ones fears

fulfilment is not achieve by chasing desires

it comes through resolving your inner conflicts

the human mind is very cunning and absolutely stupid

if you do not learn the art of transformation

your life will stay the same

you may wear different cloths, do different activities

but inside yourself will remain the same

same old problems, same old situations repeating over and over again

sex is a great opportunity to transform your life

but the obsession with lust excitement fantasies

and desires makes it a lost opportunity

truth comes through you when you are empty

and free from inner conflicts

it can not come from the human mind

human beings are disappointing creatures

every crime you could possibly imagine

is being committed every day

war rape theft greed dishonestly of every kind

mothers murdering children

religious leaders sexually abusing children

even children murdering people

you name it, it is happening

everyone sits back and judges these crime as 

something separate from themselves

in this way you do not have to take any responsibility 

but by transforming your life to a place of peace and fulfilment

you would be putting an end to your involvement in this madness

people are addicted to many forms of stimulation

because they can not stand to be with themselves for very long

this is neurotic

*

people think by having an unique image

they are creating individuality

they are not, they are just apart of a group

of people hiding behind an image

if you look at people with different tattoos

the tattoos may be different but the people are all the same

flaunting an image because they are unable to be themselves

men obsessed with sex are desperate and frustrated 

and it does not matter how much sex they may secure 

they will still remain desperate and frustrated human beings

but desperation and frustration can be transformed

and then their sexuality and their life would be enriched

women obsessed with romance

are running from the pain of their inner conflicts

they think by someone putting them on a pedestal

they will escape, but no amount of romance will achieve this

if they faced their inner conflicts there would be no need to be above anyone

everyone is pretending that life is going well

even if they are just managing the hold it all together

if you let all the tension go, and then pick your self up again

you will then have a stronger foundation

arrogance comes out of

the pain and hurt of being put down

re experiencing the pain and hurt to the fullest

will dissolve the arrogance

if you do not discipline your body

you will become flabby and sluggish

if you do not discipline your mind

life will not have any goodness

an undisciplined mind

is the root of all problems

awareness is the key to discipline

society and religion only feeds people lies

and that is why no one has the answers to life

nor do they have peace and fulfilment

to become a “real” religious person

you must go beyond all the limitations

of your religion, go beyond the beliefs the morals

the stories the rituals the emotional support

stand alone and you will find truth

society and religion says you should control your feelings

this is the cause of neurotic and insane behaviour

transformation of your feelings brings sanity

do not trust your mind, do not trust your feelings

be very aware and watch what is happening inside of yourself

your life is nothing more than a effort to escape

all the negativity inside of yourself

forgiveness is a patronising game

before you can play the forgiveness game

you must first react to some situation

judge it as wrong, direct blame and anger

and then you can try and fool people into thinking

you are a good person by being forgiving

if you take responsibility then you first react

and transform your reaction

there would be no need for the drama

the judging the blaming the anger

or the patronisation of the forgiveness

a reaction is a defensive posture

do not defend yourself

walk away and transform your reaction

and then you have freedom from similar situations

that button in you, will no longer be there

and that is real freedom

hope is very foolish and childish

hope is in the future

and if you are hoping for something in the future

it is nothing more than an escape from the present moment

so face each moment and there will be no need for such foolishness

one person seduces another

the one doing the seducing will not have any respect

for the one being seduced and the one being seduced will

not have any self respect for having been manipulated

stress is cause by you reacting to something

every reaction you have elevates your stress level

and most reactions you are not aware that they are happening

children do not just grow

they transform as well

you can see this happen

transformation is a natural part of life

but the mind puts a stop to this in the late teens

you need to learn the secret of transformation again

to evolve into your full potential

which is a peaceful fulfilled human being

and you will never find fulfilment in that way

real friendship is when two people take 

responsibility for their reactions

in this way they give freedom to each other

to be themselves without fear of any consequences

the path that religion offers is a dead end

do not waste your life with it

every person is unique

and every persons spiritual path will also be unique

from your awareness sincerity and intensity

you must find your own way

but you will need a master to teach you the basics

fear is the devil its self, the scourge of this world

so face your fears

opening your heart is the greatest fear of all

so open your heart to the world
